Our retained client is a Global Business Process Outsourcing organisation, with a comprehensive
history of providing innovative onshore and offshore BPO/BPM solutions. As a leading supplier of
customer management services spanning the entire customer life cycle, the business has entered a
further exciting stage of growth. Via organic growth and acquisitive investment, the business has
continued to cement its place at the forefront of the outsourcing market.
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President Sales who has the necessary outsourcing expertise
and a consultative approach to develop opportunities across key business verticals, whilst playing a
key part in building the delivery and bid solution teams that act as support. The longer-term career
opportunities would allow this individual to become an integral member if the businesses future
senior management team.
Accountabilities
- New business development across one of the relevant verticals
- Develop and cultivate business pipeline. (Both new logo and current client maximisation)
- BPO/BPM/CX Outsourcing consultative solution selling.
- Ability to influence and solution sell complex transformative outsourcing services.
- The review of existing market and vertical sales plans to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- These plans will ensure stakeholder alignment, clarity on the approach to delivery of revenue
- growth targets across existing and new target industry verticals.
- Accountable for the strategic choice of direct sales targets and any new channel partners and
- for their team’s development of new prospects and new channel partner relationships.
- This role will be accountable for the successful delivery of new client revenue targets.
- Accelerating revenue growth significantly beyond prevailing market rate
- Grow and establish a sustainable revenue base in key European Markets
- Execute a rigorous and consistent commercial & pricing strategy that ensures a “Value
- Leadership” position in the market and creates an internal “Value Led” sales and marketing.
- New Client & Market Focus
- Design, prioritise and execute on Direct and Channel business strategies.
- Develop complimentary strategies with Marketing etc.
- Develop and maintain a high level of sales and technical competencies via an initial sales
- training programme and ongoing recertification.
- Influence product/service development, pricing and business strategy.
- Build his or her own Stakeholder network in key segments/channels across key markets and
- the wider business.
- Support “in field” sales deployment e.g. client meetings, contract negotiations etc.
- Provide regular “dashboard” reporting on key metrics to the wider Senior Management
- Team and the Board.
- Design and improve commercial and marketing collateral for use in client engagement.
- Define and execute annual sales plans to overachieve on regional commitment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- It’s essential you have experience and a proven track record in a senior Sales/Business
- Development role in Business Services (BPO, BPS, CX, AI, Tech Customer Management
etc.)
- Originating and winning BPO/BPM business.
- A proven and highly successful executive with a senior level network who has won deals
independently.
- Extensive experience in selling complex solution based outsourcing deals.
- Experience of accurate reporting & leadership skills at executive level.
- Successful achievement of £5M+ targets in a consultative solution sales environment.
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Executive level negotiations and contracting skills.
