Role Summary

 

The Managing Director will oversee all facets of development, ensuring seamless execution from fully funded projects to complex builds. This executive role provides a direct pathway to CEO, offering the opportunity to lead the company’s strategic direction while championing sustainable, energy-efficient, and commercially viable developments.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in public sector procurement, real estate development, and commercial construction planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial funding structures, including innovative financing models.
  • Chartered Surveyor certification or an equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing businesses with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Expertise in managing complex development projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong industry reputation and a history of successfully delivering client-focused solutions.
