Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling small to mid-sized companies, preferably within the software or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating complex challenges and driving results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, unite, and empower teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including post-acquisition integration.
• Deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
