With continued to expand, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the companies’ technological initiatives and drive their strategic growth in this dynamic sector.

Position Overview: The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, developing the technological strategy to align with the business goals, and leading our engineering teams. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in AI and biotechnology, capable of guiding the company through the exciting times of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s technological vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams to foster innovation and ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI and biotechnology, to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to define and execute business strategies.
• Ensure that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.
• Oversee system design and changes in system architecture.
• Establish governance processes to ensure objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organization’s resources are used responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position within the AI or biotechnology sectors.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in healthcare and biotechnology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
