Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for AI-driven product development and innovation.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of advanced machine learning models for applications such as credit decisioning, fraud detection, and customer insights.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Establish and optimize AI workflows, ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to align AI capabilities with user needs and business objectives.
• Monitor AI model performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize key metrics.
• Advocate for the ethical use of AI within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML technologies, integrating state-of-the-art methods into the company’s products and services.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, including leadership positions.
• Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and big data technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving technical projects from conception to execution.
